For the most part, your monsters are ok or are used as sacraficial monsters. The monsters I see listed that you might want to keep an eye on for better EP trades is the following:

Tormented Hilda

Berserker Mite

Beelzebub

Spite Devil Mage

The rest are pretty much just standard monsters. The skill monsters most people want are Agility, Covert Down, & Critical Up.
