Hi everybody. I just trade my very first A+ max level monster. My questions: its ok that the level 70 red .Most importanty i tried level up his skill (booth monster level 1 same skill of course) It wasnt worked. Cant skill up max level monster?

You can increase skill for max lvl monster. Just cost you more gold per attempt

The red just means it's max level so you don't spend more gold trying to level it further
