Can SOS be evolved into SOS+? Just wondering as I'm considering whether or not an ex team is worth all the trouble and expense.

Yes but you can only do it with another SOS. EVO souls no longer work on souls and spirits. ATeam changed that feature right after introducing RSS

I was under the impression you could no longer evo souls at all.  Am I wrong?

All souls, can only be evolved with an identical card.

Before the change, some people will put a SOE on a SOS to turn him into an SOS+ to sell more. Now they can't.

....Why would you want to evolve the Soul of Skills when both the evolved and the non-evolved version are exactly the same?  (That they are exactly the same is what someone said in another topic, in response to the question of whether or not they are exactly the same.)
