Last month, it is impossible to see her, Lecretia, at trade market.
But all of a sudden, there are multiple people selling her at trade market ranges from 615EP to 690EP

Have anyone heard that she is summonable now?
Or people just stocked her up and decide to sell her together now?

I have seen on board that someone had make a transaction of her @ 560EP.

Maybe she was among the potential boss award drops in the past couple of events?

I'm pretty sure applesauce is right and she's a summon only like Selic.  So initially there were none but as time goes by there will only be more

well zurcon in this thread says he got one from free dark summons, so yea, summon-able
