You should decrease the jpg compression to 98% or so,. there's quite a lot of artifice going on. Especially flat planes of red will clearly show it.
Generally if you're making a picture that has a lot going on - like the haus one, a jpg will work just fine since the human eye doesn't have the ability to discern what should or should not be there (as long as you don't go overboard like on the dragon one,. you're using 90% or lower there? it's very pixelated).
But if you have large flat areas as is the case in your own signature, then a png or gif will work much better, and generally come up to a smaller filesize as well.

Well thanks bbr for that information, didnt know anything about the compression thing, and the skill Im using photoshop cs3.
Um the 2nd one with dragon I used a lot of things but the pixel things you see are from the image being blury and myself using sharpening tool to make it stand out causing that pixelation.
