PSYCHOSIS CLAN - SPECIAL EVENT! MEMBERS ONLY!!

This post is for a special Clan Event only for members of the PSYCHOSIS CLAN.
Please do not post here unless you are a member of the PSYCHOSIS CLAN.

We are currently maxed at Lvl 50 and 31 members as of 2/28, 4pm.
Skills are: Atk: Maxed lvl 10; Def: Lv 8; HP: Lv 8. Honor Points 150247. Clan Rank: Jade

This NEW event is intended to increase member contributions in order to maximize our Defense
and Health Point levels, as well as member participation with assisting each other. As you will see
in the post from General Vol below, we have made the scoring equal for all members, regardless
of current game level.

Event Rules:

UPDATES HAVE BEEN MADE 2/28 2PM - PLEASE MAKE NOTE!!

Start: Friday, 1 March, 2013. 00:01am, U.S. Eastern Standard Time
Mid-Event Calculations: 8 March, 2013, 10pm
Event End: 17 March, 2013, 10pm.

General and Lieutenants are not eligible to participate or win prizes. They will be responsible for calculating totals, determining winners and issuing prizes. In case of any conflict, General Vol will determine the outcome.

Please do not donate to clan after Thursday, February 28, 2pm. This will allow starting stats to be recorded prior to event start. Please resume donations after midnight for Event. Starting positions will be determined by member Lvl x $5,000. Please see example of scoring posted below.

Mid-event prizes may not be awarded to all members.

Final event prizes will include Assignment of One Lieutenant position and 3 teams of 5 monsters:

One Psychosis Brute team
One Covert Beast team
One Covert Crawler team

The top winner will be allowed first pick of team they desire. Second place winner will be allowed to pick from remaining two teams and Third place winner will receive remaining team. General Vol will have final say on assignment of Lieutenant position.

Other members will be awarded prizes based on gain in donation level, overall participation in event, participation in assisting other Clan Members, general level of enthusiasm and any other attribute that Clan Officers determine as pertinent.

Mid Event and End event prizes besides the 3 teams listed above may include ep, bp, elixir and/or Monster Level Up potions, Skill Stacks and single monsters.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Slog's message above asks members to not donate tomorrow. That should actually read today, Thursday Feb 28. We will be taking account snapshots shortly to establish everyone's fair starting points.

For those wondering about the event scoring, here is a hypothetical example:

Player 1
Level 70
70 x 5,000 = 350,000 base
Donation total at event start = 1,000,000
Donation total at event end = 2,300,600
Total given during event = 1,300,600
FINAL EVENT SCORE = 1,300,600 / 350,000 = 3.716

Player 2
Level 80
80 x 5,000 = 400,000 base
Total given during event = 1,300,600
FINAL EVENT SCORE = 1,300,600 / 400,000 = 3.252

Player 1 would be declared winner.

Remember this is our very first internal event. We may run future events completely different after we see how this goes. Main goals are it to be fair & fun, while increasing overall clan funding to upgrade our buildings for better battle bonuses. Be sure to give feedback to the clan leaders as we won't be offended. This is a trial run.

Clan members -

We are using the in-game clock as the "official" event time. If you go to clan page / add funds / history tab, you'll see the timestamp for donations. The mid-event prizes will be locked at 2013-03-08 21:00:00, which is the equivalent of 10 pm eastern as stated in the rules above. I know 10 pm is actually 22:00, but we confirmed the games seems to use central time for the stamping.

We probably won't be posting winners immediately tonight, but look for something probably tomorrow. Thanks to all who are participating!

Reminder to all Psychosis Clan Members!!

Clan Event will end tomorrow, March 17, at 10pm eastern time.

Any donations made after that time will not be included in Event Calculations.
Please make sure to conclude your 'final push' prior to this time!

Also, since we are kinda new to running this type of event, PLEASE be patient!
We will post winners and award prizes as soon as we can after Event ends.

Our Clan has made great progress during this special Event and we look forward to rewarding those who helped make it happen!

Clan members -

During our 17 day internal event, the clan collected $66.4 MILLION which was used to finish maximizing all our facilities (at least until devs raise limits again). $15.1M was spread across the 4 officers while remaining $51.3M was spread across 16 donating members. Rest of 0-donating members are being considered inactive accounts, and will be expelled later today.

NOTE TO ANYONE OUTSIDE THE CLAN FOLLOWING THIS THREAD - we will be accepting new members to fill the holes. PM me or slogdawg on this thread if interested in joining. We don't have "set" rules. Just looking for clan members who will regularly contribute to the kitty, and participate on the ingame message board. That's it.As to the prize awards for the internal event that just finished, the officer team compiled a spreadsheet of all available monsters. Spreadsheet will be exchanged via e-mail in the following manner & order:
