I'm looking to build my psycho creation team and I already have 1 Blue Steel Viper and so I need another to + mine to complete my formation.. You could also try to buy an evolution soul. You might find one for cheaper than another reg to plus you A.

Yes the evolution soul evolves a reg to a plus. A grand evo soul evolves an AA to AA+. Search the forum and you will find a thread about it.
