TIL: Global messaging is broken

Apparently someone messed with the global message system so that it loops, or it is a bug on the part of forumotion because that idiocy was not intended. I could send a message explaining this, but it will probably also loop spam. So I am here, explaining that you will no longer get such spam because I will be de-activating the feature until something gets figured out. I am just as pissed as you are.
