Japanese Version of Dark Summoner

I was checking out the Japanese version of Dark Summoner on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.darksummoner) . I notice that they are using the female AA from the upcoming 5 million download campaign for the app icon. Also, what does the 5x energy potion mean in the one screenshot? The video trailer is different too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNJsAUwfxlI&feature=youtube_gdata_player It is a new one just posted on YouTube last week and lasts under 30 seconds. It features a beautiful Japanese woman and shows a very quick clip of the more older trailer that is on the US Play Store page that is also part of the game's opening scene. Another thing: look at the update info. It was updated 3 days after the US update and not only includes the mail bug fix and various general improvements which were included in our latest update but also Limited-Period Icon and Title Screen. Will we get that when the US version turns one?

Both the English and the JP version is currently on version 1.02.10. Not sure if that means anything but hey.

I had to install the English app through aptoide because I'm in Japan.

If I also install the Japanese app on the same phone from the Google Play store, will it screw things up horribly?
