Another question is, are the new psycho and covert 31bp event monsters useful or popular?
Is any one of them more expensive than the other?

with the exception of the covert 23 bp monster, all of these are totally useless in a form(well, the sin 31 bp DOES allow an otherwise agi-less team to get both guild downs so it's marginally useful, but that's it). their only real value is as collector's items, imo. of course, in the distant future that might change but for now i wouldn't pay more than 5 ep for a rank A+, personally

it gets ipd and is thus a direct upgrade for jade rhinoceroses beetle
