Will suera become unsummonable after this dark summon event? I never understood how these things worked. Is there a list that shows what is still summonable and what isn't.

yes it will be unsummonable and wont be summonable in dark summons. But it may be summonable like flashback summmon if A-Team allows it.

So you can say it is a limited edition for the time being.

you sure?

she isnt event limited, shes simply a new monster added to summons, she is summonable, presently, and baring unforeseen changes, she will be in the future too

But how can you tell for sure? I am fairly new still and when I first started playing people were telling me things like Paimon/Balrog/WWSP were unsummonable which I know now is a lie or misinformation.

For example, are past prog monster still summonable? ie: tide demon, hideous meat fiend, astaroth. I was still able to get vagrant land progs during ice spires event, but haven't seen any other past progs since. Maybe since they were still going to do vagrant lands but were lazy to take out the progs from the pool?

Yeah, she'll still be summonable. There's nothing saying that she won't be, so expect her price to drop. A good example would have been Grizel and Tlon etc, they also had the banner proclaiming "New monsters available to Dark Summon!" and they're still around. There is no difference for Suera and the like.
