but you should better sell him for EP, than buy what you need with that, it's more easier

Pure EP offers, at the price you want, is as likely as summoning 2 AAA in a row now. If you are looking for AA, just trade for them. And yes that is a good deal for both people, however, finding someone with both to trade will be tough.
