Current Event Ranking Rewards - Grand Evolution Spirit

Has anyone seen the rank rewards for this current Ice Spire event?
It lists -- very small, at the top -- something called a "Grand Evolution Spirit" or something like that. I'm getting the name wrong, I'm sure... I forget what it's called. But the description lists it as a spirit that will auto-evolve an AA monster into an AA+, without the second AA....!!!!

First of all, is this a new thing?
Has anyone ever had /auctioned one before?
What's it look like?
Will it work for the new AAA monsters, too?
Will it be available in some areas other than the ranking rewards, like the skill up spirits were available on floor 500 of the last event?

sounds cool, though I know I'll never get one, lol

It's new, but we've known about it's existence for a while, yes there is an A/AAA one as well. Looks like...
