necroing is the act of bringing up a dead thread. on this forum if the post hastn been updated in over a month, then the thread is dead, as the poster most likely has left the forum or is no longer looking for that monster/sold it. this one has been dead for 3-4 months and then Gwaurdwynn necro'ed it and people thought it was new.

as for the bit about links being active, not entirely sure what you mean by this, but if you mean threads, i would agree
