Event rare AA monsters?

I am wondering are those event rare AA monsters (given out when you are among the top for the events) such as Dhrtarastra, Anna Thorn Maiden, Fire Lord Suzaku, etc only obtainable during those events and only trades when those events were over or are you still able to obtain them in Dark Summons?

the AA obtained during events are unsummonable through dark summons

When a monster is event exclusive, you will "no longer be able to get them after the event ends." You cannot get them from dark summons. For this reason, some of these monsters can carry pretty nice price tags.
There have been certain instances in which you could obtain previous event monsters. There are two times that I can recall in the time that I've been playing. Most recently, Suzaka, Xuanwu, and Baihu were given as lottery rewards as part of the 3 million download celebration. Another example was during the Repudiate Lab event, players could obtain "Flashback summons" which had a chance at summoning previous event reward monsters.
