stalactite drop rate bonus times

Will there be times set when stalactite drop rates will increase during the event? if so when are they?

...all the users here on this forum are regular players just like you. even the admins and mods. this is an UNofficial forum, so g team doesn't have an account here and even if they did, unless they've already released the information ingame, they will not answer that question. sorry for this harsh answer, but it is the only one i can give. precedent suggests that they probably will have that, but we can't say that for sure, or when it will happen, if it does.
