Evolution Question

i got a banished dragon in a trade that has DEA instead of DED. I am wanting to replace my banished+ with one that has IPA or DEA so my skills dont overlap with my Gorger+, so here is my question. If i evolve the DEA banished with a reg banished, will the skill go back to DED?

Evolve reset the skill back to the original or more accurately the evolves monster is brand new and has whatever skill the plus version of that monster started out with. If you want a plus version with a different skill you'll have to skill change after evolution.

Well, that sucks but its better i found out now than after i tried it!
