I think 55 - 60 EP is waaaaaay overpriced for a reg, but you still got a VERY VERY VERY good deal. SDD might be maybe 40 ep, because I've seen 80 for a +.
And yes, she's unsummonable, and part of the psycho demon team, which is popular.

I have been trying for one very recently. I have not seen a reg under 60 for ages. The price is rising.

I think it would be easier to stop trying for a reg and just go straight to an evolved version, selling your reg on the way if you happen to have one. This is because I've seen SDDs go for 120 EP, but this was when they were skill changed, and maxed (20) DEA.
Strangely enough, regular SDDs are rarer than the evolved version, lol. This is because most people have already evolved theirs and are trying to milk some extra EP out of people who are trying to evolve the ones they already have.

bad deal imo, none of what he's offering is that valuable except maybe demon dragon kanna. abyss max alone is worth more than half of what he's offering.
