Once a monster is at it's Max Level, can you still sac monsters to it to try and increase its skill?

Yes, but its costly. 7100 per sac to a level 70

not only is it costly, but also the fail rate increases dramatically, requiring that you use stacks of (4) or (5) to be able to succeed, which makes it quite expensive. better that you max the skill before you max the monster.
