Active Player with a strong team looking

Looking for an Active, event competative clan. I do not want to be part of a clan that hopes to be these things, or aspires to be these things, I am looking for one who has already set a benchmark for their members. Current Clan is U.S.A.
Clan must have all facilities maxed out, otherwise I will not take the clan seriously.
