Email Buttons Causing Force Closes

Whenever an email button is pressed in the Inquiries & Issues Help section, the game force closes. I have Android and recently updated the game in the Google Play Store. Another player reported the same problem on Dark Summoner's Facebook page.

I contacted Ateam by email and they told me to restart my device and also clear my cache. I haven't try to see if that helped but I don't think it did, especially since I am not the only one having that problem.

It is a very minor problem for me since it only affects the emailing function which can be easily worked around by emailing outside the app.

This is still a problem... My game crashes every time I try to contact Ateam from in the game. I think it is a general problem for a lot of android devices at the moment, I asked a clanmate on ipad to contact support bt not sure if anything is being done or not.

I have had the same problems, every day for the last few weeks. I have also lost out on the 10 month gifts, I never got them. Every one in my clan has gotten them but not myself, I could see the banner when it was posted and even see the gifts but did not receive a gift to click on to add to my gift box to claim. As for the bug it is happening to two of my friends as well. I have also sent an email to addmins outside of the game but have yet to get a response. I checked today and the 10 month banner is no longer even visible. Do you think the addmins will still give me the gift, Im a daily player love the game and every bit helps.
