Soul Points Issues Empty Soul Points Issues

When I click soul points it just says loading for mins on end. I'm using a 3GS with 5.0 and I tried with 5.1. Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone had it and resolved it? Reboots and clearing active aps has been tried several times.

Thanks for the help. A-Team support is hard to locate.
