Should I trade lvl 1 Taroth for lvl 1 Ice Lord. Is it near equal value?

The lords are generally considered to be the lowest AA other than Dru, although Earth Lord is actually quite rare. Taroth is pretty low on the list too, as he is only 25 BP which is now low for an AA.
In my opinion, the Taroth is worth a little bit more just because it is rarer, although the Ice Lord is a better card. Anyone else have thoughts on the matter?
