High BP Rank B/B+ Monsters

Hello. I looked around a bit for a previous answer to this question but couldn't really find much about it.
I know that Rank B monsters with no skills and low BP are only good for sacrifice fodder, but is there any merit to Rank B/B+ monsters with high BP but no skills on hand? It's weird but it seems most of the Rank A monsters I find are only in the 10-15 BP area but I find myself getting a lot of rank B/B+ monsters with 16+ BP. Are any actually worth anything or should I just go ahead and sac them all?

They can be used by newbie who have no good monsters, or they can be used in rank b/b+ tourney, otherwise no use at all
