Summon Gauge A Load of Crap!!!

From my understanding the summon gauge is a rip off!

Once the gauge is full you a guaranteed a Rank A summon but only if you spend 300SP to do so. So DS is forcing you to actually buy Soul Points if you want a Rank A. Now if I’m right, that is a complete rip off!!!

Just when you think they are giving you something, they are in fact taking away and abusing.

not to mention the week arse fill up from summons. The gauge takes forever to fill up and no matter what you use as summon it only gives you a minimal bump on the gauge, and if you use dark summon to fill it up (which cost 300) it takes about 10-12 summons to fill it. So you could end up spending 3k soul points for a rank A or better summon .

My last 3 rank a summons all gave me ghw

It is in fact a FREE summon. If you've ever had rank A summons before you will know that they are just like dark summons. You have to summon about 5 times or more before you get anything good. Not the best odds but you "could" in fact actually recieve something worthwile. I actually received Taroth from a rank A summon that I received from one of the events. But I also summoned a bunch of crap including a GHW. lol

Dark Summons always cost 300 soul points. Now you can get a "Rank A Summon" instead for 300 soul points, if your meter is full. It's a pretty clearcut offer.

This too is nonsensical. They offer a better deal on a purchased summon for a few weeks, and that's somehow bad? At worst it has no effect on your life.

It's actuall very possible to fill the gauge once by the deadline without having to spend any money on soul points. I have a good chunk of it filled now completely from saving bingo ally points/darksummons/bingo summons, questing a lot (can get +100 ally points), etc. At the rate im going i should be able to fill it by the end of the event.

When u complete Gauge A You will get another blood bob, Green horn or queen bee again ^_^

I agree on the "nonsense" of the first post.
Noone is forcing you to do anything?
It's only an additional money service, you don't want it? Don't use it. Not that hard imho.
I simply won't care cause I don't wanna spend money on DS

Where did I say that the summon gauge was the reasoning behind my post? Don't assume things. This game has had a ton of potential, but is not moving forward. The devs have still failed to establish a good trading system, and player search functions - two things that are a given in just about any other game. They instead add an auction system that lets you waste a bunch of gold for a posting nobody will be able to find. This summon gauge sucks, but you are right - it will have no effect on my life because I will not be spending any $$ to support the devs.

Er.. When you posted to a thread specifically about the summon gauge?

Does anyone know if the summon gauge effects the free dark summons or only from soul points? I know the ad says only soul point but you think they distinguish between free dark summons and soul point dark summons? My summon gauge is blinking now but alas I'm out of dark summons. I suppose I should have waited but than I got a DDD out of my last dark summon so I can't complaint.

I just did a "Epic Dark Summon", the summon you are able to do once the gauge is fool.
I got a "Blood Blob". I'm such a winner!

I just filled my gauge today.
The epic dark summon button is flashing but if I click it I get sent to "get soul points" button.
My dark summon button is flashing but I won one in the concentration event.
Once I use the "gauge" summon, do I get to start filling the bar again?

Most important is what button do I use for the "free" summon from filling the gauge.

You have to use 300 soul points to get an epic dark summon. The free ones don't become "epic."
