What gives more experience. 
1 Soul of enlightenment+
 or 
2 regular soul of enlightenments

1 soe+ = 450bp
2 soe = 400bp

Bp? When I look, the card shows a bp of 200 not 400

correct, the soe reg is 200 bp cost, so two of them is 400 bp cost

for sow, soe and sop the rough formula goes like this, 100bp=1 level, thus sacrificing two soe will give 400 bp or 4 levels to the monster

the soe+ however has a 450 bp cost, thus sacrificing it to the monster will increase its level by 4.5

in short, the answer to your question is:
1 soul of enlightenment+ will give more experience
