Transmission Errors Empty Transmission Errors

There may be some technical reason but this bovine scatology results in an unfair advantage. Has anyone else experienced that when playing a team from the land of a white flag with a big red dot that you get transmission errors to completely lock you out of play? Any other nationality has no such problem.

LOL.  Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this.  In my case, it's not just transmission errors but sometimes the attack button just becomes completely unresponsive.  The refresh button still works and the timer is still counting down... I just can't attack. 
I'm not claiming some kind of nationalistic conspiracy, but when you have slow-as-molasses servers, proximity does become a significant factor.
