I'm sorry, but I question the validity of this.
Where is this information coming from?

I've seen "the site" that had originally posted these skills, but I have yet to see any of them in-game (save for the known ones)

And I might be wrong, but when "The Site" first went up, I don't remember there being the "Party Attack Plus" and the "Party Defense Plus" skills being listed on there.

Understand where I'm coming from?

Ah yes you're right it's the same as other guild downs. It's still seems weak I reckon, seeing as there'll probably only be 1, maybe 2, cyphers in a team. I'd much rather choose Health Up, Party Defense Plus or Party Defense Plus over debuffing 1-2 monsters.

I really hope that those aren't going to be new skills. That would be game breaking. They could easily be extending skill caps to (30), which could explain the lack of names.

Those "creed monsters" sound like the skills might be called "Impulse Creed", "Covert Creed ", and" Psycho Creed ", which would explain the effects.

Is there a (tm) bit for using skills that have the same names in other games from other companies?

Remedy for example, a Final Fantasy skill...not implemented here because of OMFG the lawyers.

I just want Confuse. Give me a confuse spirit and I'll be happy. 5th monster of my team casts it in the opening salvo, defender retaliates and OH yeah manages to headbutt itself in the nuts.
