How much ep is a IPD spirit worth?

so i had an Ep only auction up on the auction house, however 1 bid includes an IPD spirit. I just recently had a bad experience where i over payed for a monster and don't want to lose out again ><
So bottom line question how much is a IPD spirit worth (ep wise) I would want to be able to actually want to be able to sell it so a price range would be nice.

MINIMUM IPD was sold at 100ep...not sure how long was that...but the price is rising gradually. Average selling price is around 120-140ep from my observation.
