The New Skill Question

So I was wondering if anyone knows how much do the new skills increase party stats by when maxed? I am very curious

Also do they stack with other party skills? IE: Health up and Party Health Plus

I saw some people selling them maxed skilled saying how good it was in the auction description lol

Although, I would think it would only be good for A formations since its not a percentage increase. I am ASSUMING! that when maxed it might give like 2000 to a stat vs 25% to a stat. If this was the case then any monster below 8000 would benefit more.

At least IPA and PAP appear to stack, as I was able to use both during the same battle. However, I'm unsure of the order -- in my case IPA went first, with PAP second. If it's possible to get PAP first and IPA second, this would bring the benefit from PAP up to a max of 2500. In any case, regardless of whether the effect is multiplicative or additive, it seems you can have both IPA and PAP at the same time.

and the new skill.thingy very expensive cuz unlikely other skill u can get from b monster these new skill are on those aa n a only some are expensive if u try stax them

Im too interested in whether IPA increases the bonus from PAP too or not. That way it would very hard hitting team to put both to same team. Though currently PAP is pretty expensive to skill up..

In other hand if if this works, health up + PHP would be pretty awesome pair
