There are some info in the Japanese version with some new skills:

Defence Plus
Attack Plus
HP Plus

Seems like these skill will increase your own party defence, attack and HP by 100% respectively...

At 20 I think they add 2000 flat defense per unit.

I don't know if the % increase stacks with that.

But tyranny could maybe run imp(20),dea(20),ipd(20),heath(20), and the new defense(20) for +2000, for the ultimate defense VS impulse team.
