Pop out the Chatbox

It's what the title says, wonder if it would be possible to pop the chatbox out and make it separate from the webpage. If it's too much trouble then it's alright but I think it would be a cool feature to have

i got it from the [join the chatbox] link at the bottom of the board index. it's not quite the same as popping out, but i think it's close enough.
