Stacks?
I've tried to find the answers with not luck.
Can someone explain "stacks" to me? I keep reading
about creating, buying and selling them.

Re: Stacks?
A stack is a skill which has been increased to (4).
Let's say someone wanted an agility stack. That means you would have to get 4 or more monsters which have agility, and sacrifice them to each other. This would level up the skill. If it gets to (4), then its a stack.

not quite right. a stack is a monster whose skill has been increased to more than (1). stacks of (2) and (3) don't really sell, but stacks of (4) OR (5) do sell. generally, when someone says they're buying stacks, they mean stacks of (4) or more. with a limit of 140 chars, you'd omit the " of (4)" part of "stacks of (4)" too, lol.

Tell this to the folks in the auction house.
I don't know how many skill "stacks" I see with monsters that have a level 1 skill.
I mean, this is ok if they realize it's not the traditional definition of a "stack", and i might try to trade something for the cards if I'm building stacks, but most of the time they expect the same number of EP from a pseudo-stack as from a real stack... and I don't want to waste my auction spots explaining it.
(Not that I expect you to actually waste yours either ;o) just venting a little)

lol I'm pretty sure that when someone says 'stack' they definitively mean (4)
definitionally, "stack" could be anything greater than (1), but it seems to strictly mean (4) in the context of this game
any exceptions seem to be explicitly denoted
for example:
trading ded(3) for ipd stack
buying agi(5)
