Ice Crystal: FAIL

With the free Ice Crystal I get a B+ skill.
After getting a crappy summons, they expect me to spend $2.00 per ice crystal so I can get more crap. Is it just me, or does that seem like an outrageous price? If they were like 4 for a buck, then I might buy some, but at current amount they will get exactly $0.00 from me. If they changed the amounts to be more reasonable it seems like more people might purchase soul points, but at this rate I will give them nothing.

Whenever they do these type of events and they give 1 free summon, it pretty much always gives garbage. I never heard of anyone getting something good with their free trap in the den of woe event.
Buuut, that being said, it is kind of pricey just for 1 summon that most likely won't be any good.

There are 3 tiers of Baneful Flames...
Weak - Shit monster, don't have to use an Ice Crystal
Strong - Equivalent to a bad luck ridden Free Dark Summon
Epic - Equal to a Paid Dark Summon, except you can get Prog Monsters
Overall it is in fact cheaper, but more work, to buy Ice Crystals and find the Epic Flames. Also, buy 20 at a time and they are essentially half price Dark Summons. Or you can get the 11 pack of Dark Summons for a TRIPLE AA chance!!!!! .003% instead of .001%!!!!!
As much as I enjoy reading all these flame posts...we all know g-team and we all pretty much hate them, we don't need people to remind us with ill informed rants all the time.

My free one gave me a reg White Winged Sky Pirate, which pissed me off because not even two hours prior I bought one to evolve mine...

The price for the crystals is too high. I won't buy them because of it.
They tried to change it up by only offering prog monsters through the event but if you factor in the cost of the crystals and the EP it takes to get through the levels ... then this event sux ... and its a 2 week event.

Lol. I don't bother getting ice crystals, so I guess I can laugh at all the fails...
So far, I'm not even inspired to buy an ice crystal. 2 Beelzebubs and 1 Pabilsag have even encouraged me even LESS to buy ice crystals(yes, those were my not-so-hot teases).

I got a Blazing dragonoid from my freebie, but then later it showed me what I missed on a couple of strong crystals and they were both b-rank crap.

What is even the point of the Strong flames? Impossible to win with a free shot and not even those who buy crystals would use one on anything less than an epic!

I think they are trying to pull in players that havent spent any money...Within about 8-10 floors I had 2 sin progs that I missed.

the best part for me is on my alt account its shows me missing 2 progs, a hell ice, fourth flame being unknown. so i jump on my main account and used some ice crystals and got 2 B's and a fafnir FML
