I wasnt able to sell my Vlad for 45. Traded him for a Sin Prog yesterday. So price seems to be lower^^

In my opinion the two monsters that are replaceable are Hydra+ and Dragon of Jupiter+. Spore has decent Skill level at the moment... For this formation (5 monsters) at current level i would expect to get around 40 EP. I don't know if you will get that many offers, since it's not winged... I might be wrong.

Is the going rate on gold still around 100k:1ep?
Do sac spirits (Spirit of Wisdom, etc.) have any market value?

Is Terra (reg, no skill or level) still around 8ep?

Yes, the going rate for gold is still 100:1, however, if you're trying to sell gold it'll be hard. More people are trading gold for EP rather than the other way around, so it's difficult to find a buyer. Very easy to find a seller, though, heck, about2punt is selling 1 million gold for 10 EP.

The sacrifice spirits do indeed have market value. Personally I would price them at 5:1 (5 souls for 1 EP) although I have seen people advertise for 5:2. Not sure if they have any sales, unfortunately.

And Terra... I'm not sure that has any value whatsoever. It's not very useful in any team, because you can't slot it in without breaking 2 combos (level and rarity), and even then its stats aren't that spectacular to justify doing so. I don't know the exact value, so I would just recommend selling it for whatever you get offered.
