Game completely reset..

Well I have to say I'm quite frustrated this morning. I go to log into my dark summoner account and when I open the app it asks me to pick a name and guild???? If I'm understanding this right... my account reset some how? I worked very hard to get to floor 2902 in the phantom tower and am quite upset right now.. I can still see myself as an ally on my friends account, So I'm not really sure what my next step is..

If I end up losing my account I'll be very upset and you will have lost a good customer..

In-Game --> bottom right corner between summon and menu bars u will see help section


But if u backed up ur iPhone or whatever ur using, try to restore. Should be back to normal THAT IS IF u did the back up

If you kept going the register progress, you woulda find out that even u start the acc, the game won't let you play, the "IM READY" button turned dark and info of banning. Only restore would work i think.

Pretty sure my account didn't get banned.. I've never used any exploits or ripped anyone off..

Can't be restored either in iTunes.. I spent 2 hours on the phone with apple. Unfortunately my phone is set to auto sync when connected so it saved the fresh start game data over my old account data.


I'm assuming at this point that I'm basically screwed.. Glad I worked so hard to get to floor 2902~.

i believe it records of ur unique id from ur iphone which even if u restore from itunes u will have what u left off last time u play

"Player data is linked to a unique key within their device. if this unique key is deleted and lost, players will lose the link to their player data and start as a new player. the unique key is removed by the following action: erasing the app and/or your device data. updating the iOS on the device."

and did u take the screenshot of ur ID and Unique ID? if u did and have those Ateam will get ur data back. thats what it says on the help section

Unfortunately I only have my player ID. Never knew about the unique ID til today.. I'm still hoping they can help.. But doesn't look good.

well since u already lost ur account did u try to restore via itunes? or if u have icloud

wouldnt hurt to try if u got nothing to loose now

99.9% sure ATEAM will not do anything, there support rating is 2/5 This happened to my friend, they did nothing, he gifted one of his monsters to move over to his other ipod ( first one was stolen ) and the gifted messed up and they didn't do anything... Sorry man.
