"It's the return of the - no, wait, you're kidding!" Dragon Wall - Sky Passage of Eternity

Let's just hope they don't have another vagrant lands repeat when it launches, lol.

It may be a recycled event BUT I see several differences or changes to it so it will won't feel too recycled. Plus, I joined the game smack dab in the middle of Dragon Wall (which btw was longer than Passage of Eternity) so I didn't get the full Dragon Wall experience due to it being half over when I started and I having extremely low energy since I had just started DS. So I don't forsee much deja vú for me. Plus, like I said, this seems to have several differences to it regardless if it is somewhat recycled from Dragon Wall or not.

Anyway, I am psyched! Can't wait for the event to begin! Bring it on!

Basically, the next event will be a bp event. You will travel along a passage by tapping/swiping across the screen to clear each sub-section of enemies. Along the way you will battle a few mini-bosses. At the end of the passage you will battle a main boss. Upon beating said boss, you will get an A monster. There are 3 such passages per level, one for each guild, and 3 levels. You will find it a lot easier to progress along the passage by using monsters that match the color of the passage. For instance, if you're doing the red passage, you should have a formation of red(impulse) monsters. There may be some differences from this description when it launches, but that is the basic flow of the event.

I'm so noob I wasn't even here for the Dragon Wall.

Do I just sail along with a max'd Lord of the right color, to save BP, then swap in a team to fight the boss? I suppose I'll find out soon enough.

nope. Starts with a set bp usage per click, each card of that color reduces the cost by 1. say it costs 7 bp per click and your on green passage, use 5 green cards for -5bp. Prog reduced usage by another 1bp, so instead of 2bp, takes 1bp.

Bad example with 7 bp per click, better would be with 8 bp per click. With 8 per click, a matching team gives -5, a matching team with a prog reg gives -6, and a matching team with a prog+ gives -7 to the required bp. Progs give -1 when color matches, and an additional -1/-2 for reg/+, lol. At least that's how progs worked during the dragon wall. I'm a little unhappy because I don't have a matching purple team anymore, lol.

I personally think that the guild-specific aspect from Dragon Wall will not be present in Sky Passage. The event page makes no reference to there being multiple walls, and the event is only one week instead of two.

well, I'm glad I have a fair amount more bp than I did for dragon wall!

I'm interested in the zeus looking guy (I think he's a brute)


if he has a good skill, I could definitely use him for my brute team swapping out clarissa, if he has a bad or no skill I'll just swap clarissa for inos or WWOH like originally planned

Seems too short of an event to have two progs... but you never know with Ateam.

But did dragon wall have rankings reward? Thats why I feel this might be an ep event

Dragon wall didnt have ranking, but that doesn't mean that BP events can't have ranking rewards. Vagrant Lands sure does.

It's gone because this event blew up in GTeam's face exactly like vagrant lands. I reached the first mini-boss and beat it, then could go no further. I'm pissed off cuz I actually spent $25 on a skill point reset and used it >:(

Hmmm... you'd think they'd test something like that.

Lol, I wouldn't trust the developer notes, the one who wrote them can't even spell Konnichi wa properly, lol. Besides, considering the time, konban wa would be more appropriate, or ohayou gozaimasu, lol

i like this kind of event... i like the quicker refill of BP, is why... more playing without paying (for EP). Plus i like the little creatures floating out along the wall... these ones look even cooler than the dragon wall ones. imo.

But I'm curious about the wall color... I started on "Magenta Wall", which is a cross between red and purple. Does the guild of the monsters have anything to do with BP consumption on this event? I didn't have time this morning to check it out... just had to tap tap tap!

i'm on a scarlet wall, i'm using a full impulse team. i think, perhaps, the name is guild specific(but not sure). what guild are you, ologolos? i'm sin and i'm on scarlet. and what is your team made of? is it a mixed team between impulse and psycho monsters?

also, i think that monsters do have an effect on bp consumed, but not sure. depends on what determines the name of the wall.
