Help Please Empty Help Please

I was wondering if there was anyway to change the SID of my iPod because I believe that it has been hacked since when I tried to start my iPod this morning I was forced to restore and when I did so from a backup as is suggested it still came up with the new account registration and after that it said I was banned. Any help would be greatly appreciated as help still hasn't responded to me after three days.

PS I have not restored my iPod before to make multiple accounts
