Ok so been playing for less than a few weeks I'm LVL35 and my Formation is:

Leader Dark Elf Berserker A+ Lvl31 Pre-emptive lvl2
Skeleton Knight B+ Lvl 23
Hell Hammer Spider A+ Lvl 1 Decrease enemy attack lvl3
Caim B+ Lvl 30 Agility lvl2
Fafnir A Lvl 21 Critical rate up lvl1

I know theres a lot of room for improvement but i need guidance

....maybe i could switch up skeleton knight for something else. help is very appreciated.

Stay within your guild, and don't bother levelling anything that's not an A+
