IPD vs HU Empty IPD vs HU

Does anyone know offhand or have a link to information regarding the effectiveness of IPD vs HU? I'm debating on skill changing one of my EXs from IPD+ to HU. I'm currently running DEA, IPA+, HU+, DED+, and IPD+. I'm trying to find information on if this is a good move before I pull the trigger.

is your ipd+ lvled?

i assume it is not, as such if you plan on using ex for sometime, then hu or ipa or ded or ipd would probably be better than ipd+ lvl 1
