Flare and Reflect

If all 5 opponents use the "reflect" during clan league battle,
can I clean out all 5 "reflect" with just 1 single flare?

I am sure flare can be reflected, but I am not sure 1 flare and clean out all the "reflect".

Now I know how to deal with those reflect.

Reflect is insane, it reflects 80% damage sometimes. Usually more than 40%.

I can't recall the specifics, but I believe reflect is based off the defense stat of the player being attacked.  So a player with huge defense will reflect back alot more damage.

I don't know how reflect determines what % of damage to reflect -- that appears to be random from < 50% to up to near 100%.

But I think reflect just reflects back the damage that would have been inflicted, making it inversely proportional to defense.  So if you fracture someone and they reflect, the amount of damage reflected back will be huge.
