Moved my formation from AA+ to Grand Brutes...sell AA+ or keep it

Question to those people who have moved from AA+ to EX or AAA.

In your experience, was there any reason to keep your AA+ form or should I sell it for eps?

My AA+ form are psycho, winged brutes.  It's 154 bp formation with IPD, Health Up, DEA, DED, and PAP.

Benefits to selling would be more eps.  Benefits to keeping are I can battle more often as my EX form is 250 bps.

AA+ form is all maxed, except for PAP, which is at 16.

Maybe you can battle more often, but you'll also lose more often. Or you'll be battling weaker people for fewer HP. I'd sell.
