cannot transferred to a different platform???? Empty cannot transferred to a different platform????

My borther reset my tablet. So I have to install the DS again. But when I log in, I keep getting this message: account can't be tranfferred to a different platform. I tried to reinstall to the the tablet, and it's not like to different divice.
Can anyone help?
Or how do I contact Ateam, does anyone have their email?

Any chance did you have a jailbroken or rooted tablet? From what I'm reading you had one (ipad running android or android running ios). Whichever device you have you can only transfer accounts from ios to ios or android to android. There is no way to around this.

info+android+dsummoner@support.a-tm.co.jp is the email for android users, they have separate emails for the two platforms.

My wife is also having this problem, she did a factory reset and tried recovering her account on the phone but she's getting the same error.  We even tried recovering from a different device but also got that same error.  Already email ateam but still no word.  Any luck on your end?

Another instance here.  My friends' wife had to replace her iPhone and he cannot transfer his IOS account back onto it.  He had it installed on her previous iPhone - same exact hardware.

I'm curious, are all of these the iOS version or is it android versions having the issue too?

Two of my friends having the same issue. Not altered phones. 

I'm having no issues with Android (knock-knock).

Ours is running on Android ICS and Jelly bean.  Can recover her account, tried on two devices already.

Looks like they've resolved this issue.  There was a compensatory gift of like 3 myep or something and my buddy was able to get back into his account on his wife's phone this morning.
