Does Cemetary of Kings guarantee an event specialist in Dark Summon?

The Dark Summon for the new event doesn't say guaranteed event specialist, so why pay for the dark summon when I've never received anything greater than an A+ from any dark summon?

Because the magic 8-ball says "All signs point to yes".

Yeah, I don't think they'll be guaranteeing a 40-something BP skilled AA from a dark summon anytime soon.

But hey, if you've got some soul points and/or money to burn, you can take your chances and maybe get lucky. It would be a pretty nice monster to have even if you don't use it for the current event.

And you might get more trying to dark summon something of value than getting anything from playing the current event. The rewards look... ahem... horrible
