Party Attack+ or IPA?

PAP is great if you're running like, a ~25bp A+ team, lol.  No contest between IPA and PAP.

It's simple. Whichever is greater for the majority of your monsters: 25% of their atk or 2000. 25% of 10000, the average AA+ attack at the lowest bp is 2500, which is greater than 2000, so ipa gives you more.

Wow! You may have just saved me from making a HUGE mistake. I've been slapping PAP on an AA+ with the impression it would give an immense amount of ATK (Reference was from someone who maxed the skill with the same card claiming it added around 10k ATK).

It is 10k attack. For the entire form. Each monster gets 2k attack. Times 5,that's 10k. However, ipa will give at least 2.5k to each rank AA+ monster at max level, for at least 12.5k attack for the total form.

I run both IPA & PAP.  I was using IDP, but I decided if I ran AGI on def, and always attacked 1st on attack why do I need to increase my def.  I do still run HP, because it's 40% increase.  But the nice thing about PAP is that it can't be mitigated the way IPA can.  If you're opponent has DEA, then your IPA is just keeps you at your normal attack level.  Sure PAP isn't the best, it's only a 2k increase in atk, but it's better than def IMO.

Sure, using both is an option.  But between the two, IPA > PAP.
