*** New Combos ***

So, we've got until 2 AM Wednesday morning to speculate about the new combos being added. Thoughts/predictions??

Prob something geared toward noobs to increase revenue and further devalue AA market. Although, I keep hoping that a new combo will come out to combat winged forms. Tired of having to buy red bull for my monsters

yessssss! I'm glad they're finally adding more in!
Maybe:

Horned Combo
Tailed Combo
Clawed Combo
Armored Combo
Weapon Combo
Multi-legged combo

I'm just psyched to see if there will be some opportunities to have x6 or x7 combos! maybe higher! yeahhh!

I think 6X would be max. It would fit with A-Team constantly out dating the old. But I doubt higher. It says "more flexibility". I wouldn't doubt an "unwinged" combo or land air and sea combos

yeah I know,
you can also have guild, rarity, level, species, BP and skill.
But skill combos on any of the 5x forms aren't easy to get without spending 100+ ep.
Hopefully this will make it easier / more affordable, and also open the 7x or more combo.

EDIT: there is also x6 with rarity, level, species, winged, BP and skill with 22 bp wyrms. Forgot about that one!

We won't know for sure until someone runs a new full data export.
Oh hey, guess that'll have to be me or such Razz

Kinda busy this week though - maybe someone else has automated the data export by now?

Male / female might be possible, but the female tag has already been used on the A+ rank monsters for the special event summon.

multiped = crawler.

Maybe Boob monster.
Or Psychic / mental powers.
Horned seems rather possible.

Well, Horned is already a thing. Not a GOOD one... but if you like crappy, mostly unskilled A teams.... xD

This worries me greatly though. I despise "Winged" combo because it severely limits "legit" teams. This had better be something that increases valid team combos rather than restricts them even further.

Y'know what I think would be cool? If combos were staggered. e.g. you got a combo for having 3x of a combo, it got a little better for having 4x, then it hits the current combo strength at 5x.

Example:
3x Covert creatures = +2% ATK/DEF
4x Covert creatures = +5% ATK/DEF
5x Covert creatures = +10% ATK/DEF

If it's just a new flag on a creature to denote a particular combo, then Ateam sucks at making games

Nope,. horned is "NOT" a thing.
It might have been some months ago, but currently it's not a valid combo - it wont register, it doesn't give any bonus, nothing. Even the combo flag for it is not being exported right now.

Something new to use instead of wings would be great though, right now anything with wings is ridiculously overvalued, while anything without goes on the dump pile for cheap discards.

Just referring to the fact that "winged" monsters are just so much more valuable because of the combo bonus. Effectively makes things like non-winged Demons, Brutes, etc shunned.

A little analysis I did on AA Guild/Species combos. It's an event or three out of date at this point though:


I really do need to update the data since the last two events contained quite a few winged things.

But you can see, there's a lot of combos that offer 5 monsters. But... even after the last 2 events, I'm pretty sure there are still only those 5 different Winged setups, so people aim for those 5 setups. Everything else just feels sub-par.

New combos active! Variations of species & rarity combos. I have an AA+ leader & 4 A+ in my main/defense form earning me the 1-4 Rarity: 10% acc/20% dodge. My reserve form is AA+ leader, one other AA+, & 3 A+. 2-3 Rarity: 8% acc/15% dodge.
