IPA>IPD>DED>DEA - usualy the price are like this.

Regarding your question - both are good skills but it depends on what you need

If you only want ep, take it.
Seen IPA for 200-250
IPD 150-180
DED and DEA around 110-130 max

fyi, ipa is less than 150 now, price all other skills accordingly, for instance, ded is like 80..or less

Didn't know that it changed so much because of te random spirits.
The time when i got IPA from Forgotten Island, and sold it against Finis+m(10) ; Heal spirit; formless Nyar, and some ep, seems far away now.
