Snake King Medals 1 & 2

Next event announced. Starts 11:59pm ET. Looks like copy of Stalactite event with no clan-accumulation and a fun-sounding twist to it- slots. Sounds interesting to me. Your thoughts?

I'm actually exited about the slots, seems they are not just bs ones (like the daily slots) but an actual random chance to win things. Plus the more you play the more you can win.

Curious to see how prevalent the snake king medals are as the ranking rewards are pretty close together compared to the stalactite rewards.

The slots will require actual betting it seems with bigger prizes for larger bets. Sounds awesome! Can't wait!

What is the betting in, gold? 1000 doesn't seem like very much to bet for some of those prices. If this is the case, you will have to be limited in how often you can use it (hopefully more than once per day). Additionally, I'm sure the odds for the better prizes are near negligible.

Most likely the bettng is with gold. This is not daily slot (which Ateam should just do single slot wheel), so I believe the odd of actually winning anything are not great.

It makes no sense that it would be betting with gold...IF it is with gold it will be extremely limited, or else people like me with 20 million banked will just ruin this event, considering they are releasing event items that look like slot tokens...we can be pretty sure these bets are with the Snake King Medals.

I would assume that betting 1k medals, you would get 500 Medals back, but your total for ranking purpose will be 1500, which is great.

Given the amounts of the bets, gold makes no sense whatsoever, unless there's a 99% chance of winning nothing at all on a given spin.

The way I understood it was the accumulation of medals was what rankings and the mini awards were based on, but then the medals could still be used in the slots after having been accumulated.

Well it does say +x amount of medals. So could it be you win back the amount of medals you bet plus the prize amount?

The monsters awarded dont havr skills..go figure...

...and if you bet medals, so far it looks like you lose them. 138 medals, tried a Bet 100 spin and got 500 gold with now having 38 medals. So...betting/spinning seems pointless if you want to get medals to rank.

...there are 2 variables for this event...total collected and medals available...total collected = rank #; so if you get 1000 medals before betting, you have 1000 medals available and collected, if you win the 500 medals, you now have 0 available 1500 collected. The spin actually helps your ranking. ^^ Reading the event description is usually helpful

Just burned 3100 medals on the slot machine:

1st Pull -1000 medals 5K in gold

2nd Pull - 1000 medals --5K in gold

3rd Pull - 1000 medals -- My Energy Potion

4th Pull - 100 medals -- What ever the medal prize was (30 or 40 medals)

I know this is a small sample so take it for what it is worth.

hmmm i spent 2k in slots got +500 metals both times =/
im not event gonna bother with 100 and 500 metal pulls
