Evolution Soul Does What?

So dumb question maybe,

I thought the evolution soul would level up my Steel Wings, Raminas... but it didn't...

Is there any rank or something of these souls that says this soul levels up this or this blah blah...

I am guessing Evolution Soul only levels up A monsters
so does an Evolution Soul + Level up AA monsters?

Evolution Soul only evolves rank A monsters a Great Evolution Soul evolves Rank AA monsters and the soul to evolve Rank AAA monsters hasn't been released yet and if you + any of the souls like if you plus an Evolution Soul it DOES NOT change a AA to AA+ only a Great Evolution soul does that. The same goes for the Great Evolution Soul. Don't believe the scams about a plus GES evolving a Rank AAA monster. Soul of Wisdom and Souls of Enlightenment level up your monster.
