Meaning of Rankings ex- AA vs A
My apologies if this is not a new question... I read the 'ask questions' thread and did a quick scan for threads addressing my question. I didn't find it.
I have a couple of AAs that I've tried leveling up and at half (like 17 for the A vs 30 for the AA) some of my As are much stronger.
Is an AA AA+ etc. ALWAYS better than an A?
Or is the ranking just about its potential for how strong it CAN get?
I feel like I'm missing something here, something important. lol
Thanks in advance.

AA can evolve to 100, AA+ to 150

A = 17/70
AA = 30/100
In the end, the AA will be stronger.

BP is important as well. The ultimate stats of a monster is a combination of their level, their grade, and their BP. The basic ranges of combined stats are:
A: 11,377 (10 BP) to 21,452 (35 BP)
A+: 13,206 (10 BP) to 24,056 (35 BP)
AA: 17,980 (13 BP) to 32,860 (45 BP)
AA+: 26,040 (13 BP) to 45,880 (45 BP)
So an AA+ is stronger than all A+ monsters, but there are some A monsters that are stronger than AAs.

I think you guys are forgetting the free AA's everyone got. When plussed and maxed, they don't even hit 20k, true?

He has included the low bp junk AA in his range of stats.
What shouldn't be forgotton is the base speed values for A vs AA. You need agi(10)? in order for an A to attack before AA.

How so, if those AA+'s are under 20k, and his lower bound is 26k?Lexang wrote:He has included the low bp junk AA in his range of stats

Oh look, junk AA as the lower bound.. unless there are AA with less than 13BP out that I am not aware of?

The 13 BP AA+ only reach 19,998. They don't get up to 26,040. And I think the 13 BP AA only get up to 13,332.

I might be more confused now, thanks guys! lol, but I think I learned two things. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
The BP tells me how strong its going to get by the end. I'm checking this out and I have As with much higher BP than my junk AAs. However, I can go higher (100 vs. 150 for example) with the higher ranked. Did I get it right?

Evel: Yes, grade/rank determines how high a level the monster can achieve (but of course higher levels cost way more gold). And bp determines roughly how strong the monster is within a grade.
Others: I was going by the formulae that were posted a while back. I was assuming that Ateam hasn't broken the formula, but it turns out they did -- all of the 13 BP AAs go up to 6666 in each skill.

If you stop acting retarded for a second and re-read what I was saying, you'll see I've been talking about stats, not bp.Lexang wrote:A: 11,377 (10 BP) to 21,452 (35 BP)

Stats are directly correlated with BP. Or did you not know this?

I loved that movie!

And that one too, of course.
Wait ... I'm confused.
